Restoration and reconstruction of architectural heritage and architectural education in Central Asia and Kazakhstan

The article analyzes the current state of the historical and cultural heritage of the countries of Central Asia and Kazakhstan in the context of modern challenges and threats. The problems of restoration and reconstruction of the architectural heritage of these countries are considered from the perspective of architectural education in the republics of Central Asia and Kazakhstan, which differ from each other in the countries of the region. Attention is drawn to the reorganization of architectural education, considering the processes of globalization and sustainable development of the region, as well as current trends in the assessment of historical and cultural heritage in the world.
